We’re looking for a Project Manager to play a central role in taking Ogilvy’s Experience business unit to new levels of business growth, client delight and creative innovation.
Our Experience business is focussed on the creation, building and scaling of a client’s data-driven, technology-enabled interactions with its audiences. This includes, but is not limited to CRM & loyalty, data, web/app design & build, content delivery, ecommerce and/or full-funnel conversion-focused media planning/buying. Unlike many of our competitors in this space, who think ‘technology first’, we start with the customer and are obsessed with infusing a brand’s unique emotional connection into every experience we create. The role will be focussed on two exciting new regional assignments, in wealth management and for one of the world’s largest internet companies. The PM would be expected to coordinate a diverse cross-functional team and multiple stakeholders (creatives, strategists, tech teams, data and web design practitioners, finance teams etc) both in Singapore and across the region. The scope of these accounts will cover a wide range of digital marketing – customer experience strategy, media planning and buying, experience design and build, customer engagement, data analytics, and content strategy/delivery. While you will not to be a subject matter expert in these areas, the expectation is that you understand how they all fit together and knows who to bring in and for what task.
The successful candidate will likely have a background in a platform, digital agency or consultancy, and have had hands-on project management involvement in at least two of the following: CRM & loyalty, data, web/app design & build, content delivery, ecommerce and/or full-funnel conversion-focused media planning/buying. Experience handling complex multi-market assignments will be of huge benefit to the candidate’s success in this role.
