Program Manager initiates a project, scopes it, and manages the assigned team to bring projects to completion. PM is the main point of contact for internal team members and works seemlessly with internal stakeholders across departments. PM ensures that deliverables are done on scope and on time.
Without close supervision but with support from a supervisor, Program Manager is expected
to deliver the following:
o LOE, benchmarks and estimate
o Project Plan (Schedule)
o Statement of Work
o Change Order (if necessary)
