Overview

Ogilvy is looking for a talented Account Intern to join our team. The Intern will have a chance to experience professional working environment and upgrade your Communications knowledge. You love it, live it and would crawl across broken glass to spend all day working learning about account management.

You will be required to work at least two days a week which can be flexible, subject to University timetable availability. However, being able to work full-time is much preferred. The internship that we offer will last for three months with allowance.

Responsibilities

  • Take part in all administrative tasks (workflow control, meetings, minutes, estimates, records,
    checking etc) under the direction of Account Executive and Senior Account Manager
  •  Execute tasks assigned by line manager
  • Work with cross functioned team within the company
  • Develop a thorough understanding of his/her brands
  • Is hungry to learn the business and apply that knowledge – measured by number of training sessions attended and AE’s evaluation of how the learning is applied back on the job

Qualifications

  • Interested / passionate in marketing, especially in advertising (ATL)
  • University background of Marketing, Communications or related majors. Last year students or Fresh graduated and less than 1 year of working experience is much preferred.
  • A good command of English, especially speaking and writing skills, is a must
  • Hard working, creative, open-minded, highly responsible, ability to work under pressure
  • Have a “can-do” and learning attitude
