The Role

You will be part of the Content studio (called Beat) leadership team, working closely with the Business and Creative Lead as well as the main stakeholder from BAT who heads up the Customer Experience and Digital Transformation team for North Asia.



The purpose of this role is to innovate, design and deliver an integrated O2O to grow SOB and MOB by ay acquiring them into our full-service business model through the design, deployment and maintenance of an integrated O2O platform experience that delivers brand consistency to consumers from browsing, shopping, post purchase and loyalty loop.



The role requires the ability to understand BATs business objectives and translate these into appropriate customer experience solutions. This will be enabled by a high degree of collaboration within the BAT and BEAT team.




· Leading the BEAT strategy team by driving a highly integrated and collaborative way of working with BAT team members so that it feels like one team.

· Core Experience Strategy: has the ability to analyze the market, understand users’ pain point, and do the competitor analysis. Independently work out the digital experience strategy according to the customers demand, refine, and analyze the needs from users, from clients, and from the products, can integrate the needs within the total ecosystem, make judgment on industry trends, plan and drive the industry-leading strategy

· コア・エクスペリエンス戦略:市場を分析し、ユーザーの弱点を把握し、競合他社の分析を行う能力を有すること。顧客の要求に応じたデジタル・エクスペリエンス戦略を自主的に立案し、ユーザー、クライアント、製品からのニーズを精査・分析し、エコシステム全体の中でニーズを統合し、業界の動向を判断し、業界をリードする戦略を立案・推進することができます。

· User Scenario/Journey Design: Create more user scenarios based on the experience strategy and maximize the task and output of the digital experience strategy.

· ユーザーシナリオ/ジャーニーデザイン:体験型戦略に基き、より多くのユーザーシナリオを作成し、デジタルエクスペリエンス戦略のタスクとアウトプットを最大化します

· User research: Familiar with the methodology, can guide team

members to develop research proposal and questionnaires, participate in the research process, independently completethe research report which includes but is not limited to customer needs research and findings, user needs research and study, usability testing and user experience assessment etc.

· ユーザー調査:方法論に精通しており、チームに研究企画書やアンケートの作成を指導したり、調査に参加したり、顧客ニーズの調査・研究、ユーザーニーズの調査・研究、使用感のテスト、ユーザー体験評価などを含む(ただしこれらに限定されない)研究報告書を独自に完成させたりすることができます。

· Data-Driven User Experience Optimization: understand monitoring data, make suggestions based on data analysis and deliver the reports.

· データに基づいたユーザーエクスペリエンスの最適化:モニタリングデータを理解し、データ分析に基づいた提案を行い、報告書を提供します。



· Required years of experience: 8 – 12 years of hands-on experience in marketing technology, digital transformation or customer experience strategy in agencies or relevant industries.

· 必要な経験年数: 代理店または関連業界において、マーケティングテクノロジー、デジタルトランスフォーメーション、またはカスタマーエクスペリエンス戦略に関する8~12年の実務経験。

· Have demonstrated success from experience design to go live, translating into commercial impact for a business.

· 経験の設計から本番まで実行し、成功させ、ビジネスへの良い影響を与えた事を実証出来る事。

· An authority in user experience design, analytics and web technology practices

· ユーザー・エクスペリエンス・デザイン、アナリティクス、ウェブ・テクノロジーの実践における権威者

· Experience in the consulting environment with multi-country/ cultural teams, working with client stakeholders across marketing, strategy, analytics, technology & IT. On-shore and off-shore.

· コンサルティング環境において、複数の国・文化圏のチームで、マーケティング、戦略、アナリティクス、テクノロジー&ITなどのクライアントのステークホルダーと協働した経験があること。国内外

· Working knowledge of enterprise MarTech platforms such as Adobe, SiteCore, SalesForce, Magento, SAP, OMS, etc.

· Adobe、SiteCore、SalesForce、Magento、SAP、OMSなどの企業向けMarTechプラットフォームに関する実務知識

· Working knowledge of Performance platforms such as Adobe, Google, Sprinklr, etc.
