PDs are an invaluable resource to and active participants in the client Quartets. They provide strategic advice and tactical measures to develop and manage scopes of work, codify and assign briefs by work type and integrate mega businesses, experts group and activate critical partnerships to deliver maximum impact and efficiency.
They interrogate client briefs to identify core business challenges and customer value points. They then use that information to recommend, implement, and drive best practices, including running triage on major briefs to ensure all key stakeholders are engaged at the start and a rigorous governance framework continued success.
They manage their designated Client Group's (CG) operational aspects in collaboration with CG leads/senior account leads and Commercial partners. They help phase CG revenue (forecast + pipeline) and balance with adequate and effective resource structures from Strategy, Creative, Production and other critical partners to deliver revenue and margin targets. They help track phased revenue against client scopes of work every month and adjust the scope for Quarterly Revenue Forecasts (QXRF) reporting and meetings.
They help Program Managers and Senior Program Managers prepare business cases for additional investments in resources and external services. They also track all approved cases and revenue targets to recover investments to maintain revenue and margin targets at a CG level.
They are highly organized and accountable and can build relationships and collaborate with/draw on all Ogilvy's mega businesses, expert groups and partnerships to deliver best-in-class integrated solutions with maximum impact and efficiency.
They are the trusted partner and point of contact for senior/executive-level clients, partnering with account leadership to deliver operational efficiencies, delivery excellence and Delivery governance.
