You are passionate by the Health and Wellness continuum and disruption of this category and have experience working health marketing transformation. You know what makes creativity tick and are well versed in strategy and technology to deliver work that bring our Health clients fame and fortune.


With a minimum of 12+yrs related industry (consulting, digital, agency) experience, you can hold court with C-level clients and navigate all levels of client relationships and partnerships to make great work happen. Complexity and challenges do not faze you, your resourcefulness and ability to direct resources and manage internal and external relationships allow you to make things happen.


Your focus as a Business Director:

  • Independently lead a portfolio of integrated Health accounts of $4-6M out of SG.
  • Be able to successfully lead large new business proposals or pitches (more than $2M)
  • Manage a portfolio of integrated HEALTH client work that are recognized for creativity and marketing effectiveness, by drawing on your deep experience in consumer Health, Healthcare and B2B clients, and client type from large global/regional MNCs to local conglomerates.
  • Create the most powerful work you can, in order bring our clients fame and fortune, using your arsenal of knowledge in understanding consumers, marketing and advertising technology, social, data and creative craft to make it happen.
  • Supervise a new Marketing operating service model for a corner stone client, composed of Content / Data / Media / Technology expertise to provide a consumer health always-on data driven engagement strategy.
  • Support our Health client across various marketing and communication activities (PR, corporate affairs, data and analytics, consumer education, account based marketing, website and platform design and build, e-commerce)
  • Be a leader that can rally people together, help them grow and bring the best out in them.
  • Developing varied partner relationships in media, research, creative and tech production that will add value to the work we do.
  • Responsible for margin growth/protection along with the PMO -including joint ownership of locally agreed targets.

  • Expanding your awareness of industry technical capabilities (e.g. AdTech) in order to build your technical expertise as a client advisor
  • Deepen financial savviness and learn commercial negotiation skills to structure client contracts.
  • Lead and inspire, not just manage a team of at least 5 direct reports to impart client service skills and groom them in their growth and promotion. You indirectly manage several supporting team members from different capabilities as well as external partners for each project as you are client lead.
