You’re becoming a trusted go-to person for the clients on day-to-day requirements, issues, and challenges. You are the key project contact with our life-science clients, internal teams, and other agency partners. You are skillful in delivering high quality of work on time and on budget.


With 4-6 years related industry (social media/Health agency / in-house client communications) experience, you have a solid foundation of how the agency works and able to manage clients’ expectations effectively across our service offering. You are able to form strong client relationships at the lower-to-mid level.  You’re driven by our mission to help our life science leaders in their transformation to increase access to health in ASIA, and fundamentally believe that creativity and earning influence for our clients have the power to change fortunes. You are able to work collaboratively with all internal team members (within your immediate teams, and across our PR, Digital and Technology departments within the Ogilvy Group) to getting outstanding work done.


Your focus as Health Account Manager

  1. Make our Health clients’ brands matter by delivering high quality of work and becoming strong advocates for the agency/client relationship.
  2. Able to own and execute project management/workflow system, and reporting.
  3. Manage Health corporate Coms, Health PR and reputation management as well as Public-Affairs initiatives.
  4. Manage consumer health activities with a strong emphasis on engaging with consumer, patient associations and physicians on social media.
  5. Participate to modern marketing data-driven communication work (based on analytics, continuous monitoring, outcome measurement, etc.…)
  6. Manage Health client objectives, expectations, and timelines, and communicates effectively to the internal team.
  7. Able to effectively present work that delivers business success for clients and ensures feasibility of delivery and implementation.
  8. Strong analytical skills with ability to develop compelling messages for complex business issues/offerings and identify/ resolve emerging account issues
  9. Strong understanding of the ASIA public / private healthcare ecosystem, with market access and reimbursement foundational knowledge.
  10. Develop strategic research approaches to support strategy development, defining objectives and outcomes for clients
  11. Develop and implement Communication Strategy and Plans independently and effectively
  12. Understands scoping of work, mapping of resource requirements and budgets.
  13. Achieve mastery of delivering and implementing PR and Social capabilities that build client satisfaction which opens new growth opportunities for the agency.

  • Relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project outcomes.
