Reporting to the Head of PMO, the Creative Services Manager will be in charge of daily management of the integrated Creative resources for Core and Content Studio creative resources. This includes planning, managing and optimising the utilization and output capacity of the integrated creative and craft resources. It is the primary responsibility of the CSM to ensure all creative resource requirements are met, by matching right level of talent and skills, for the right amount of time, with projects based on capability, capacity and conflict (in that order). 

The CSM will work closely with the PMO to assess and validate resource requirements based on client scopes of work and marketing calendars. 


  • Maintain an up-to-date view of creative capacity and allocation using 10,000 Feet as the SINGLE SOURCE OF TRUTH for the Integrated Creative department; 
  • Attend weekly WIP meetings with PMO to better grasp the weekly, monthly and quarterly scope/volumes of work by client; 
  • Daily and weekly assignment and management of Integrated Creative workload and resource allocation; 
  • Proactively work with the PMO to shift and reprioritize projects to allow for out of scope, unforeseen and urgent/reactive projects to help minimize Creative freelance usages across client-paid projects as well;  
  • Review and validate Creative briefs for all necessary information to scope, plan, assign and manage creative resources – project logistics: core required skills, key dates, budgets etc.; 
  • Regularly (daily/weekly basis) update PMO and Client Services teams on changes to project status, including creative scope/deliverables, budgets/costs, deadlines & approvals;  
  • Take part in agency inductions and training of new staff; 
  • Champion the agency core process – Think, Create, Realise & Optimise; 
  • Contribute to the on-going optimization of agency’s processes to help the PMO build best practice guidelines and drive greater operational and Delivery efficiencies; 
  • Ensure Creative timesheets are updated in a timely manner – by 6PM every Friday, and with no more than 1 week of outstanding timesheets across the entire team; 
  • Generate and distribute monthly creative utilization analysis, based on system generated reports from 10,000 Feet and in collaboration with Head of PMO; 
  • Proactively manage the department’s over/underutilization of resources, as well as the departmental leave balance to minimize risk and help improve work/life balance for the team

  • Strong presentation skills for process training and induction presentations; 
  • Great understanding of Studio and Craft processes.
