This position is to process and manage the company’s compensation and benefit process. 



  1. Maintaining efficiently payroll operations by following policies and procedures. 
  2. Maintaining database of personnel information, benefit and accurate payroll records.
  3. Conducting regularly scheduled audits of payroll records to ensure continued accuracy.
  4. Handling employee queries about their payments and benefits.
  5. Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed.


  1. Male/Female with working experience at least 2 (two) years.
  2. Associate's or bachelor's degree in business or accounting preferred
  3. Proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment required.
  4. Strong knowledge of tax and labor laws
  5. Good understanding of the common employee fiscal procedures
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  7. Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
