We are looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals who are on the pulse of social media. You will be responsible for building and engaging with social media communities for our clients’ brands. The role also requires you strategize on social media plans that helps our client’s meet their business/campaign objectives. You will manage and mentor a team of social specialists.

You will be working under the leadership the Director of Experience & Social. You will have the opportunity to learn from work across the SEA region. You will be trained to upskill and mentored (where possible) by experts in the region.



  • Understand the client’s briefs and campaign objectives.
  • Build brand’s social personality and content strategy.
  • Ideate and conceptualize always-on content and social activations for campaigns.
  • Be up to date on social media trends across Tiktok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and other social platforms.
  • Monitor and report on content performance and sentiment analysis.
  • Ability to garner actionable insights based on social listening.
  • Optimize social strategies based on industry updates and audience insights.
  • Maintain relationship and collaborate with clients as well as internal and external partners.
  • Lead and train a team of social executives to manage brand’s social assets.




  • 3-5 years of work experience in the field of social media marketing or advertising.
  • Ability to analyze performance based on social KPIs and sync them with business/campaign objectives for the brand.
  • Experience with social media management and social listening tools like sprinklr, Brandwatch Netbase, NewsWhip etc.
  • Ability to devise platform strategies that are in alignment with the brand’s comms plans.
  • Ability to ideate and conceptualize social content that drives performance.
  • Good time-management, people-management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • A learning and growth mindset.
