Ogilvy Malaysia are looking for a Digital Shelf Manager, UI/UX to join our courageous bunch! You can be part of the Ogilvy team that supports the launching of exciting campaigns for our clients from NGO’s and startups to Fortune 500 brands. You’ll be supporting the team with your specific set of skills to give meaning to metrics, and to provide recommendations to your clients.

  • Scoping of task requirements. Alignment with requestors on the quantity and quality of each brief, as well as management of delivery timeline
  • Maintain transparency of request pipelines


  • Management of resources to develop the assets required
  • Assist the team in development of assets (images and copies)
  • Perform quality assurance control of the assets developed
  • Work with Suits to ensure that the content is aligned with the clients
  • Work with local team for localization of assets
  • Execute just-in-time adjustments for rapid turnarounds during campaign days


  • Lead the implementation of merchandising and branding strategies
  • Schedule periodic hypothesis testing during BAU days to define content guidelines for various use cases
  • Execute UI evaluation throughout campaign day to optimize the assets accordingly via the rapid turnaround workstream
  • Monitor the daily performance of content and create postmortems/ weekly content performance reports



  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in e-Commerce platforms/ managing e-commerce portfolio
  • Experience in running UI/UX testing for content optimization
  • Experience in content development for e-Commerce marketplace
  • Experience in copywriting
  • Proficient in editing tools like photoshop, illustrator, etc.
  • Excellent time management
  • Able to perform under very tight timeline
