The Role
The ideal candidate will be a highly conceptual thinker and storyteller with a passion for the written craft, having the ability to solve complex problems creatively and collaboratively through a variety of digital touchpoints.
He/she will be required to originate creative ideas/concepts for various projects and craft the copy that clearly communicates these ideas to the end user.
The work will be a mix of short and long copy depending on the media, for example social posts will require tightly crafted lines whereas longer form communications such as websites will need significantly more detail.
They will have been working in a similar position at a creative agency for at least 3 years, be hands on, and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
They must instinctively think digital and have experience of all aspects of the digital comms mix including social, content, CRM and content film
Strong communication skills are obviously essential, and they should use their very clear communication and problem-solving skills to navigate the agency and BAT client environment.
