The HR Generalist will be responsible in overseeing and supporting the company’s people activities, such as talent acquisition, employee relations, policy interpretation and application, performance and compensation management, and talent management. 


The qualities that will make you successful:

  • Empathetic, approachable and discreet. Holds himself/herself to high standards of work ethics and morals. Has a strong ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills. Approaches situations in a humane way but at the same time, having an appreciation for the business’ needs, and balancing between these two perspectives without breaking policy.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with matrix-reporting structures, and with intelligent and creative personalities. Experience working in an international creative, PR or media agency would be advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, proactive, independent, with a willingness to be hands-on when needed. Driven to create change and improvements.
  • Inspiring mentorship abilities, with a keen interest in further developing his/her leadership skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English language skills



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with typically 5 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Strong experience in recruitment and generalist matters (work pass related matters, offer management, business partnering etc)
  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and local employment practices
  • Good understanding of SOX compliance, expat relocation and expat management around talent and workplace matters.
