A Senior Art Director is a person who directs, supervises and unify the vision. As a Senior Art Director, you are not only the communicator but also responsible for how the communication is conveyed visually by translating messages, concepts, idea and moods into imagery and solidifying the imagination to target audiences.

Belief is a powerful tool.

Perhaps the strongest on a resume.

But more and more people are shying away from it.

In briefs. In conversations. And most importantly, in the work.

Very few see it. Very few bring it up.

Tags like innovation are generously used.

There are more hashtags on a page than ideas.

And double-taps have replaced instinct to judge effectiveness.

The truth is, these are exciting times for the industry.

For the first time... media, technology and creativity are sailing on the same boat.

But somewhere on the shore, 'belief' is waving its arms, asking to join the ride.
