Within the Talent function, Human Resources provides processes, policies and tools to contribute to the achievement of this goal through a balance of global standards applied consistently within business units and regions and the consideration of local and business specific requirements.
The Recruiter will be based in Singapore and will play a key role in the Singapore Talent Team. Reporting to the Talent Director, the Recruiter is responsible for building strong relationships with Managers, following up on employee referrals, proactively sourcing top talent and maintaining a strategic recruiting pipeline. This person is a credibility builder, a Talent champion, an agency facilitator, and talent advocate. Also demonstrates ability to provide excellent customer service, multitask and prioritize effectively to meet group and business unit needs.
