Ogilvy is looking for an innovative, passionate planner with strong brand strategy skills and an eye for great creativity and effectiveness across all marketing channels.

The position is on a major FMCG client, one of the biggest in the world.

Reporting into a senior CSO, there will be plenty of space to run with projects and to grow.


Role and responsibilities

  • Identify and define Strategy by developing insights that will be the foundation of cross-channel creative campaigns and conversation in support of the client’s business and marketing goals.  Drive sales in the short term and building reputation over time.
  • Support the client’s digital transformation.


Experience/Skills Required

  • 6-8 years of experience in an agency, brand or platform environment
  • Skilled at developing brand strategies and confident engaging in the comms/channel planning process
  • Highly capable storyteller - crafting compelling decks & confident presenter
  • Loves working with creative teams. Push the envelope when it comes to the work, inspiring with great briefs
  • Gets under the skin of the target audiences, qualitatively and quantitatively
  • Familiar with the rudiments of the strategist trade - concept writing, product testing, comfortable with brand health tracks, ad tracking reports, equity reports etc.)
  • Keen to monitor trends in digital, mobile and social media tools, channels, strategy.
  • Experience of driving an effectiveness culture - mapping out KPIs, tracking campaigns and know-how to handle data.
