Position Summary


This Senior Program Manager (SPM) work with Singapore and Manila lead regarding the delivery work. He/She will have to work with commercial director to track the scope of work and be a people’s manager as you need to manage the junior employees.


He/She needs to have strong experience in coordination across various market (APAC) and plan the overall project overview and to share with the lead(s). Mapping the existing processes on the platform - Workfront. Not a must to have but someone with knowledge on change management would be an added value.

Here’s what you’ll be doing to lead Agency and Client growth

  • Managing delivery of one large regional/global Integrated client and/or a portfolio of clients’ businesses worth $5+MM in revenue
  • Nurturing and growing key senior client relationships by being a trusted advisor to senior client management and working as an objective insider and advocate for the entire client organization
  • Constantly hunting for organic new business growth
  • Drive all aspects of program development and execution-leading growth and development of their respective practice area
  • Understanding the agency business model, the Ogilvy OS and identifying and utilizing all Agency capabilities to produce exceptional results for the client
  • Partnering with capabilities leads to ensure delivery on our Make Brands Matter promise
  • Keeping your eye on client satisfaction metrics and associated performance measures
  • Generating ideas and actions that produce tangible business results
  • Initiating thought leadership projects that enhance our reputation and add value to our client’s business
  • Partnering with PM leadership to ensure appropriate resources are available to deliver and drive client growth as well as maximize performance and productivity
  • Managing cross functional team, inspiring and motivating action across departments and capabilities; fostering teamwork
  • Cultivating an atmosphere that embraces diversity and inclusion within the team and agency
