This Senior Program Manager (SPM) work with Singapore and Manila lead regarding the delivery work. He/She will have to work with commercial director to track the scope of work and be a people’s manager as you need to manage the junior employees.
He/She needs to have strong experience in coordination across various market (APAC) and plan the overall project overview and to share with the lead(s). Mapping the existing processes on the platform - Workfront. Not a must to have but someone with knowledge on change management would be an added value.
