Overview

Consult with clients on their loyalty programs, CRM and data strategy and understand how to partner with experience, creative and technology teams to execution on their vision

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • To lead day to day CRM planning across key clients and projects to ensure that the strategic advice you deliver to them is of a consistently excellent quality 
  • To be a valued strategic partner to your clients: to get a deep understanding of their business challenges and opportunities
  • To identify ways in which we can grow our strategic remit and relationship 
  • To work with our creatives to champion effective creative work that audiences value 
  • To work with the data planners and analysts to ensure everything we do is data driven and measurable in terms of engagement and ROI 
  • To consult with clients and know how to sell internally and with prospects 

 

Daily Tasks

  • Understand and learn about the loyalty landscape across the category, in this market
  • Understand how to read first party data to find insights from a loyalty perspective
    Engage with clients (to scope a project, work on the day to day project, sell work)
  • Create presentations and brief in teams to progress work forward

Qualifications

Accountabilities

  • CRM strategy development and definition and understanding of how to partner with teams to execute
  • Know enough about marketing technology platforms to inform the strategy
