Ogilvy has been the “teaching hospital” for brands since the company was founded by David Ogilvy in 1948. We continue that brand building legacy today through Borderless Creativity – operating, innovating, and creating at the intersection of talent and capabilities. Our experts in Consulting, Advertising, Experience, Public Relations and Health work fluidly across 131 offices in 93 countries.

Ogilvy has been operating in Vietnam for over 25 years and has played a leading role in helping to shape the marketing communications industry in Vietnam today. We remain committed to continuing this legacy and are on a mission to help create the next generation of hybrid and fluid modern-marketing talent by making Ogilvy the “Best Place to Work” in Vietnam for GenZ by 2025.

We believe that capturing attention in today’s timeline is as important as performance marketing or nurturing brand desire. We are looking for a talented Designer. Here you will work with likeminded people, pushing for creative solutions that nail the brief, excite our national & international clients, and attract more of the same.

  • Responsible for producing all the creative ideas and all audio-visual outputs
  • A visual portfolio that speaks volumes about your talent, skill and experience with everything from responsive web design to engaging social content
  • Awareness of the modern social/digital media landscape and a passion for experimentation with new and evolving online platforms
  • A good understanding of grid systems, color theory and typography, and able to tie each of these elements together with attention to detail
  • Positive and constructive attitude. You handle tight deadlines, pressure without issue, and maintain a structured workflow
  • Basic knowledge of animation principles and able to create video and motion assets, using After Effects and Premiere

  • You are a driven designer and a proactive team-player with at least 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • You have a keen eye for detail while also keeping the bigger picture in mind.
  • You get enthusiastic about brilliant design, and you are broadly interested in tech, culture, and film.
  • You are passionate about working with people, contributing as part of a team, and making others around you (and their ideas) that much better.
  • Open and curious mindset, pragmatic attitude, and a hands-on mentality.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
