The Art Director (AD) with the Agile Newsroom creative team is someone who is both a creative and a leader. The AD engages, inspires and guides the team in conceptualising innovative ideas and integrated creative solutions, alongside accounts, strategy and creative peers. The AD should have an affinity for collaboration — enjoying mentoring and working alongside creatives, and seeking to produce only the best creative work for Ogilvy.
The AD also takes a lead role in leading and executing creative development and strategy, storytelling concepts, and establishing the direction of the overall creative direction for various projects. The AD partners with the Creative Director and other senior team members to craft, build and seal the reputation of the Agile Newsroom as a creative solution unlike any other in the region.
