Overview

Ogilvy Singapore is hiring a Program Manager/Director due to the rapid business growth in the agency.

 

At the core of our Delivery capability sits the Program Management Office (PMO), an indispensable part of our Client Success teams, partnering with our world-class Business Management teams to ensure success through operational excellence.

 

100% client-facing, the PMO helps define and implement Ogilvy’s Delivery excellence and operational efficiency standards for each client engagement, by providing greater proficiency in scoping, pricing, planning, and managing the delivery of our creative and business solutions.

 

They work closely with the Creative Operations team to provide timely and accurate scope data (projects, timelines, budgets etc.) to inform project-specific and overall resource structure.They work closely with production and technology partners to ensure they are engaged early to input into client scopes and help influence creative outcomes.They set and maintain project scoping and pricing standards, as well as documentation of project logistics to help proactively prioritize/reprioritize deliverables and tasks and redeploy resources to minimize scope-creep. 

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with Delivery and Business leads within the client Quartet structures to scope, plan and manage individual projects and programs of work with maximum efficiency and impact
  • Day-to-day project contact with senior/management level clients and other agency partners to manage the logistical aspects of project delivery
  • Effective scope management and communicating change requests, and managing scope-creep to avoid missed deadlines and cost overages
  • Enforce internal Quality Assurance (QA) processes and measure to avoid/minimise duplication of effort and protect agency reputation
  • Co-own (with Account Management) the project budgets to manage costs and deliverables as well as staffing resources
  • Develop and maintain clear and complete Statement of Work (SoW) and Functional/Technical documentation (tech projects)
  • Maintain up-to-date resource and project information in Delivery Power Tools (SmartSheets / 10Kfeet) for effective, data-informed project and resource management and reporting
  • Identify potential project risks and developing contingency plans
  • Serve as a mentor/coach to more junior team members and supporting the development of future Program and Account Managers

Qualifications

This is what will set you apart:

  • 5 – 8 years of related experience in program/project/account management, with client facing industry experience managing “the making” and delivery of great work
  • At least 1 formal qualification/certification in Professional Program/Project Management (or equivalent) such as Agile Certified Professional (ACP) SCRUM, Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
  • Experienced in delivering programs of work and integrated campaigns in minimum 3 of the following verticals (not necessarily on the same project): Brand Development, B2C/B2B Advertising, Content Marketing, Retail, CPG, Digital/Social
  • Content Marketing, Retail, CPG, Digital/Social Advertising, Digital Transformation, Technology Platforms, Experience Design, Events and Experiential Marketing, Integrated Production
  • Demonstrable experience in senior client relationship management
  • Demonstrable experience in integrated, digital and traditional production
  • Working knowledge of Agency operations, including Finance and Commercial processes and compliance frameworks
  • An in-depth understanding and appreciation of the ‘creative’ process – championing great work
  • Proven negotiation skills
