You will create navigation structures for small and large websites for government agencies, B2C brands, B2B enterprises, and ecommerce sites. You will define taxonomies that provide multiple ways to access and surface content to diverse audiences.
Once a site’s structure is determined, you will think deeply about how page structures, content progression, and media types. You’ll help clients to develop and maintain their online content by defining tone of voice and style guidelines, training their content authors, and supporting them in their ongoing content creation efforts
Sometimes you may be called upon to consult to clients on content strategy for web, mobile, and, to a lesser degree, social. You will edit copy for the web, and sometimes write it from scratch based on materials received from the client (or just a conversation).
