AVP, Campaign Management


The AVP will be seconded to a bank, and will report directly to the SVP and work closely with the team and Stakeholders to ensure that each individual team/departments’ interests are balanced and well managed when developing & executing the Marketing campaign plans. Internally, the job holder needs to adhere to Marketing’s 3-steps process. All Marketing materials produced will require clearance from SVP followed by Brand, Compliance & legal with stakeholders’ concurrence on the positioning on major campaigns. Externally, she will be required to work with media & creative agencies within allocated budget to ensure briefs & expectations are being communicated clearly.


  • Strategize & implement marketing activities to support the Business.
  • Plan & execute an effective communication strategy within allocated budget for campaigns/projects.
  • Review & analyze the effectiveness of the implemented channels with reference to business objectives and proposed for alternatives & solutions.
  • Managing a project/campaign independently, ensuring that projects delivered are within budget allocated
  • Together with the Marketing Managers to develop a sound Marketing plan aligning with business objectives specified.
  • Demonstrate leadership on Regulatory & Compliance matters.
  • Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of the risks occurring
  • Maintain and observe internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators.
  • Foster a compliance culture and implement Group Compliance Policy by managing compliance risk in liaison with the Head of Group Compliance, Regional Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer or Local Compliance Officer, ensuring adequate compliance resources are in place and training is provided, and optimising relations with regulators


  • Must be a Bachelor Degree holder
  • Have at least 2-5 year of relevant experience; agency background would be an advantage
  • Be a team player yet able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be influential to convince team mates and manage multiple stakeholders with the proposed marketing communications plan
  • Have a creative & innovative nature to come up with alternate options on delivering an effective marketing communications plan
  • Be versatile and be constantly ready to accept duties beyond the core e.g. digital & brand activation
