Overview

The In-House Director will be the Agency lead when it comes to all feasible and doable Video shoot requirements that do not require a major Production.

  • He / she provides world-class Video output and has a firm grasp of the Photo/Video room’s equipment
  • He / she should have a strong sense of collaboration as he/she works with different verticals.
  • He / she must be able to understand crucial brand standards and requirements to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.
  • He / she should be able to multitask various projects and brands and still maintain high quality output.

 

This role is critical for the overall push for better quality work of the entire Agency. It is a pivotal and specialized role that the Agency will develop as we move to Next Chapter. He/she will have a very influential leadership role in Ogilvy Delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Principal Responsibilities 80%
  • Conceptualizes, leads and shoots new videos for Digital, Case Study, Event and Behind the Scenes requirements
  • Creates digital social content particularly short videos and stop-motion videos

 

  • Agency Initiatives 10%
  • Works to achieve the Awards KPIs of the whole Agency by providing the best executions for any awards-driven idea

                       

  • Collaboration10%
  • Collaborates closely with other members of the Delivery Team particularly Illustrators, Digital Designers, In-House Photography, In-House Sound Production and Runaway Robot.
  • Collaborates closely and provides support for various teams in the whole Ogilvy group
  • Works closely with the Creative Council for specific requirements

Qualifications

You bring

  • Adept in Using Canon Photography and Video Equipment and Lighting, Adept in Adobe Creative Suite Particularly Adobe Premiere, Adept in Using Final Cut Pro, Photo Manipulation Skills, Layout Skills, Eye for Good Overall Output, Creativity, Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Collaborative, Initiative-Driven, Deadline –Oriented
  • Great Body of Work – Review of past works and portfolio is a must.
  • 0-2 years experience
