Currently, we handle brand activation and shopper activation responsibilities in sectors such as Alcoholic Beverages, Home Appliances, FMCG and Tobacco. At present we are looking for an Associate Creative Director (Art).

Job Description:      Associate Creative Director


Reporting to:           Creative Director


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Creative work:

  • Meet with the Account Management Team and Planning Team to discuss the client requirements
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to assign creative team(s) to work on creative briefs with full oversight of projects in the team
  • Recognise the importance of understanding the client’s business, product or brand in order to deliver creative solutions which are relevant to the client’s business / brand
  • Plot pivotal ideas against the Purchase Decision Journey (PDJ) offline and online, driving technology and innovation across the different journeys

As a whole:

  • Lead brainstorms with other members of the creative department
  • Is a point of origin for strong conceptual and strategic directions to meet the shopper needs of our clients/brands
  • Ensure that all projects irrelevant of the client, brand or budget are produced to an excellent standard
  • A clear partner to the Creative Director


Management & Team development:

  • Work with Creative Director to ensure the appropriate creative resources are brought together to achieve innovative creative solutions for client campaigns
  • Develop others to generate conversation changing ideas that continually contribute to a brand's success
  • Form a productive and successful creative partnership to conceive, develop and produce effective communications campaigns for clients
  • Work with Creative Director to build, manage and develop team members’ careers identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide regular constructive feedback to direct reports
  • Inspire and encourage creativity
  • Regularly interact with members of creative team to check the status on current projects and assign new projects
  • Ensure creative teams deliver creative solutions to deadlines and within the scope of the budget
  • Support the traffic/production process and adhere to any time planning agreed briefing, creative time, interim reviews and final reviews


  • Inspire team members to produce award winning creative work that gets results, within time allocations and budget


  • Have strong persuasive and presentation skills
  • Able to manage and develop a team
  • Confident English communication skills
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency with experience in digital
