Ever wanted to create social media content for millions to see and engage with? Social@Ogilvy is looking for a Social Specialist (SS) to handle publishing and conversation management solely for a multinational client.
Working with the client, the client’s ASEAN hub, and its creative agency team, the SS will publish (localize if necessary) regional content and create new content for the local client’s different social media assets and brands. He or she will also localize or craft responses to comments, FAQs, and complaints. Collaborating with the ASEAN Hub on process, protocols, and local social insights, he or she will report directly to the ASEAN Customer Interaction Center (CIC) Head, and will be deployed to the client's office.
