    The Role

    • Managing and ensuring quality of our services to clients.
    • Management and handling of key client projects and requests. Including the refinement of the above.                              The typical day to day management of clients and their requests including documentation, administration, etc. of clients’ activities.
    • Capable of juggling multiple smaller work streams.
    • Maintains a focus on overall health of a book of business at an account or vertical level, potentially with multiple significant accounts in play.
    • Manage junior team members with appropriate direction and support
    • Active contributor to the optimization of the overall process.
    • Shares interesting projects to help inspire a team.



    7+ years account experience and/or marketing experience


    Native Japanese speaker with Business English



    • Good communication skills

    • Self-starter
    • High problem solving ability
    • Proactive thinking
