  • Overview

    To provide support to commercial finance team through efficient control of finance processes and the timely delivery of effective reporting. To establish a collaborative relationship with the commercial finance teams to ensure that they are given all necessary financial support on a timely basis.

    Responsibilities

    • Control of AP-Purchasing lifecycle

    - Match vendor invoice with PO.
    - Input vendor invoice into accounting system via PO modules.
    - Get clearance from commercial finance before processing payment.
    - Match expense report with receipts
    - Input regional expense invoice into accounting system
    - Input monthly group recharge invoice into accounting system
    - Process payment via internet banking and manual cheque.
    - Daily update payment into accounting system.
    - Monthly ICO Contra
    - Monthly & quarterly Adjustment journal entry.
    - Monthly revaluation for foreign currency vendor.
    - Monthly clearance of suspense account if any before month end close.
    - Monthly vendor SOA reconciliation.
    - Any other adhoc.

    • Control of AR-Purchasing lifecycle

    - Generate Invoice to ICO
    - Monthly ICO Contra

    • Reporting 

    - Regional Month End Balance Sheet Schedules
    - Scope of Work and Out of Scope reporting

    Qualifications

    • Meticulous with an eye for detail
    • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with other departments (account management, Ogilvy agency finance department)
    • Minimum Diploma holder
    • Strong communication skills
    • Good team player and able to work with minimal supervision
    • Familiar with MS Office applications
    • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
