    the forefront of change and are leading and advising our clients, ensuring that they are ahead of the game. For the Social team, we run a newsroom set up creating a volume of creative social content every da. This team includes designers, writers and our own
    filmmakers and editors.


    THE ROLE:

    The Account Manager is expected to work closely with the Account Director in developing and implementing strategy on client accounts while managing the day to day communications with the client. A key part of the role includes successful implementation of projects and closely monitoring of Facebook pages as well as tracking and monitoring of its performance. The role also entails effective collaboration with Advertising, Creative and Public Relations teams to ensure flawless delivery on projects.

    Responsibilities

    Accounts and Projects Management:

    • To work with the development, creative and PR teams as well as external vendors, suppliers, contractors where appropriate.
    • To interpret the client's brief and translate this into a set of clearly defined deliverables including comprehensive documentation (project schedules, etc).
    • Build and maintain excellent client relationships and ensure proper management of assigned projects. Lead constant project updates and reviews to assure that client understands what to expect.
    • To define the scope and timings of projects.
    • To constantly seek out new ways to enhance and add value to any proposed social/digital concepts.
    • To manage internal and external team resources.
    • To ensure that creative and technical quality is upheld throughout the project
    • management process.
    • To develop and build strong relationship with digital media partners.
    • To design digital campaigns within the Integrated Marketing Communication design.
    • To implement digital campaigns and to assure campaigns’ efficiency.
    • Effective digital project management through the project lifecycle.
    • Project scope, requirements and cost proposals.
    • Processing of CE’s, PE’s and other required financial documents
    • Implementation of social/digital’s best practices

    Content Development and Management:

    • Create, develop and manage content for client’s digital presence including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Viber, Line, WeChat, LinkedIn, YouTube, corporate/campaign sites, mobile apps, etc.
    • Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all digital projects.
    • Working with a cross-functional team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all digital projects.
    • Copyedit and proofread all online content.
    • Oversee and management of freelancers, including writers, copyeditors, bloggers and other community outreach organizers.
    • Keep update cross-functional team with emerging and new digital technologies.
    • Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference.

    Qualifications

    • Preferably with college degree in Marketing or Business.
    • A good understanding of digital/social media
    • Agency experience with digital communications, social media strategy and execution, and a variety of digital marketing techniques
    • Preferably with agency background/experience.
    • Myanmar language preferred
    • Knowledge of and passion for the social media landscape, newest innovations, most popular platforms and trusted online marketing tools is required.
    • Experience in client servicing and project management
    • Must feel at ease working with a variety of stakeholder groups both internal and external.
    • Good written, verbal and presentation skills in English – comfortable in developing and presenting ideas to clients and managing client expectations.
    • Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Fast learner, analytical, proactive and has a positive mindset
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
