    Role overview


    The Traffic Manager is the key person who allocates resources for the agency/groups projects that require creative and studio time. Traffic must have the best knowledge of company’s processes, procedures, structure and policies. Their key role would be to allocate creative resources, within the group, to ensure, timeliness and quality can be met at all times.


    Job Responsibilities:


    • Track all jobs from A-Z, opening thru to closing
    • New jobs assigned to creative should be discussed with the team prior to work commencing at this stage Traffic must ensure firm dates (review / presentation) have been agreed upon with Creative and Account Service.
    • Follow up with creative team at least 1 day before review date to ensure

               everything is on track.

    • Manage and ensure weekly WIP meetings are in order
    • Facilitate and attend Creative briefings, creative reviews and status meetings
    • Approve and monitor creative and production schedules
    • Advise Account management of any potential delays and problems with schedules during concept & visual stage
    • Work closely with Creative Team and Clients Service Team to allocate creative and production resources
    • Ensure resources are aware of schedules and deadlines
    • Ensure WIP documents are up-to-date
    • Double check all information, specs before they are passed to studio or print production
    • Pro-active trouble shooting and problem solving
    • Task orientated – excellent attention to detail

    Has a good understanding of the creative expectation and creative resources involved in the project


    • At least 2 up to 3 years of working experience at same level in a creative agency
    • Open for operation manager or production manager in the same industry who wants to change career path to Traffic
    • Strong interpersonal skill with good communication and people-oriented
    • Friendly, good team-player
    • Proactive, organization skill is a must
    • Ability to build and maintain creative resources
    • Good English in writing and speaking
