  • Overview

    Basic Purpose: The Project Manager is the key person who allocates resources for the agency/groups projects that require creative and studio time. He / she must have the best knowledge of working’s processes, procedures, and structure. Their key role would be to allocate creative resources, within the group, to ensure, timelines and quality can be met at all times.


    • Track all jobs from A-Z, opening thru to closing
    • New jobs assigned to creative should be discussed with the team prior to work commencing at this stage the job holder must ensure firm dates (review / presentation) have been agreed upon with Creative and Account Service.
    • Follow up with creative / production team before review date to ensure everything is on track.
    • Facilitate and attend Creative briefings, creative reviews and status meetings
    • Approve and monitor creative and production schedules
    • Advise Account management of any potential delays and problems with schedules during concept & visual stage
    • Work closely with Creative Team / Production Team and Clients Service Team to allocate creative and production resources
    • Forecast to the management the staffing needs for resources based on the monthly traffic projection of projects and the weekly WIP traffic reports
    • Oversee and maintaining the pipeline of the resource pool of talent for permanent, contract, freelance positions and vendors for Digital Project Managers by blood banking when necessary
    • Ensure resources are aware of schedules and deadlines
    • Ensure WIP documents are up-to-date
    • Double check all information, specs before they are passed to studio or print production
    • Pro-active trouble shooting and problem solving
    • Task orientated – excellent attention to detail
    • Has a good understanding of the creative expectation and creative resources involved in the project


    • Minimum of 3 years project management experience on advertising projects
    • Good understanding of the advertising working’s process
    • Proven ability to bring projects in on time and on/under budget.
    • Excellent written and verbal communications.
    • Ability to work effectively with all teams to ensure delivery the result within timeline and quality.
    • Good attention to detail.
    • Ability to pro-actively anticipate obstacles, good skill of resource allocation and support resource solution.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with other departments
