    Position Summary 

    Our PMO Directors’ are true craft experts who grease the wheels, maximize efficiencies and weed out operational inefficiencies at Ogilvy. Our PMO’s partner with agency leaders to deliver operational discipline & delivery excellence, speed to market, resource optimization, and Group profitability management. PMO’s analyze, solve and present viable new processes/solutions that lead to client growth by collaborating with and drawing on the expertise of Ogilvy’s vast resources and capabilities.  They advise and partner with senior clients and Agency leaders. They champion and deliver flawless creative execution, time and again. They are ‘outcome hungry’ leaders who inspire others to act courageously. 

    Responsibilities

    Here’s what you’ll be doing to lead Agency and Client growth

    • Effectively partnering with the Group Lead to oversee the operation, resources, investment, talent prioritization and contribution margin for your Group’s integrated client portfolio
    • Partnering with the Group Lead to set & deliver revenue targets set by market, reporting back regularly on these targets, and providing guidance & internal metrics to measure progress and adjust real time
    • Helping maintain strong contribution margins (target 60%) on all client businesses within the Group
    • Providing oversight of all Group resource allocation and determining who does what and where to drive growth across all capabilities and disciplines
    • Providing leadership to Delivery teams in setting direction to ensure executional excellence
    • Intervening in high risk situations to triage, remediate and arbitrate and effectively navigating teams when there are conflicting priorities
    • Approving major retainers SOW’s and providing input into MSA’s; helping with client contract negotiations
    • Building strong relationships with each Group’s commercial partner, JV’s, key 3rd parties and all internal studios
    • “Owning” the flawless execution of all client deliverables across the Group.
    • Putting clients first, interfacing regularly with all client levels and constantly hunting for solutions that are innovative and appropriate
    • Demonstrating masterful cross-capability and cross-functional collaborations skills
    • Managing integrated teams of 10+ and coaching, involving and inspiring the growth and development of PM staff, particularly senior leaders, via consistent feedback, training and growth opportunities
    • Developing and maintaining high levels of team effectiveness with as much consistency as possible (trust, communication, collaboration, productivity, diversity, engagement).
    • Maintaining a strong professional network and using that network to scout for new talent 

    Qualifications

    Here’s what you’ll bring to the table

    • 15+ years of experience with managing integrated accounts and/or pitches at global agencies (Ogilvy geographies or WPP network preferred).
    • 5+ years of experience managing team of 3+.
    • Track record of consistently delivering multi-channel, multi-experience, dynamic campaigns as well as streamlined, fast-track and project-based work.
    • A deep understanding of client business needs.
    • Masterful cross-capability and -function collaboration skills. 
    • An appreciation for how great work gets done and a commitment to ensuring flawless creative execution
    • Strong communication skills
    • Inspirational leader who connects the team to the overall Ogilvy mission and is able to rally internal and external constituencies as needed.
    • Innovative mindset and change agent who is never satisfied with the status quo
