  • Overview

    Responsible for full spectrum of HR and Talent functions to the agency, as well as providing need-based HR support to other affiliates / entities of the group, to ensure delivery of quality services in the most effective and productive manner.


    • Engage and proactively partner the CEO and the line managers in understanding their business needs and provide strategic advice on policy, programs and initiatives to achieve the business goals.
    • Lead talent acquisition – sourcing, reference checks, offers, employment contracts.
    • Drive the performance management programs, identify talent gaps and develop internal candidate pipeline.
    • Manage training and development initiatives across organizational levels. Work closely with regional HR Head on identifying and implementing local and regional training programs.
    • Lead and drive culture and change and be tasked with bringing the voice of Human Resources to leadership table.
    • Lead HR Operations – contracts, policies, processes and systems.
    • Monitor, identify issues and propose appropriate actions regarding employee engagement & retention including support managers on individual cases of concern or conflict.
    • Lead staff welfare and wellness programs.
    • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, taxation, and other government regulation.
    • Build a culture of success and passion within the organization. 



    • Possess at least a Degree/Diploma in HRM, Business Administration or equivalent
    • More than 10 years of experience in generalist HR, with preferably 3-4 years in talent management and managerial position
    • Well-versed in Malaysia statutory regulations
    • A track record of being able to provide HR Consultation to senior stakeholders
    • Strong influencing skills at all levels in the organization
    • Able to work under pressure, multi-task and handle diverse issues in a fast paced and dynamic environment
    • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
    • A leader and team player, self-motivated, resourceful, reliable, innovative and analytical
    • Good problem-solving skills
    • Both a management and hands-on person
    • Advertising or relevant experience is an advantage but not essential
