  • Overview

    The Service Provider provides community management services to meet marketing objectives for channels driven by social content and communities, including but not limited to corporate websites and social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.  It requires the planning and production of social content and social community management.


    Scope of Work

    • Duration: 6 months (This might extend to a 12-month engagement)
    • Render work remotely using secure, reliable equipment and internet connection.
      • Real-time translation and content publishing during football matches (2 to 3 times per week, UK time).
      • Be on-call for 2-3 times per week for ad-hoc translation of social media content (regular office hours).
      • Shifts may fall under weekends, off-hours, and local holidays.
      • Total of up to 5 shifts per week (maximum of 40 hours per week). Shift schedule will be confirmed at least one week before activation.
    • Whenever on shift, conversations on social media are also expected to be monitored and escalated to concerned groups, whenever necessary.
    • Maintain a constant awareness of general social trends and conversations related to their overall scope of work, to better deal with opportunities and issues as they’re encountered.
    • Be available for contact during assigned shift hours via online and mobile.
    • Log on his/her weekly accomplishments via the Company’s Activity Log System


    Ad-Hoc Scope of Work

    • Participation in brainstorming sessions related to social content and communities.
    • Provide observation summaries that will be added to regular reports



    • Degree in Communications/PR/Marketing/Social Sciences or similar studies
    • Primarily a football fan / has football background
    • Has a flexible work schedule (ideally a freelancer already) 
    • Proficiency in translating English social media content into at least one of these languages is required: Korean, Japanese, or Thai.
    • Superior fluency in at least one of these languages: Korean, Japanese, and Thai
    • Working knowledge of social media platform features and limitations is required
    • Ideally based in Manila, but can be based remotely
    • Demonstrable experience in translation work or creative ideation and copywriting
    • Willingness to learn basic photoshop is a plus.
      • Cropping, editing in-art copy, putting templates on images, and resizing logos and other elements)
    • Must have good own online reputation
