  • Overview

    We are looking for a Manager to join the Social & Content Studio team at Ogilvy Singapore. In this role, you will partner with clients to help make their social and content strategies matter.

     

    You will be responsible for building a trusted relationship with key client contacts, manage day to day client needs, craft social and content strategies, work with creative teams to develop inspiring creative, and introduce innovation to drive marketing transformation.

     

    In addition, you will serve as a subject matter expert for social and content marketing and a resource for agency colleagues.

     

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE

    • A liaison between clients and agency. A clear communicator in person and writing
    • Learn about the clients’ industry and business activities to deliver unique client  specific solutions
    • Participates in marketing strategy development for top clients and new business
    • Furthers the client’s communication needs through social insight research and dialogue with technical specialists, account directors and creatives
    • Presents research/strategy findings in client and new business meetings
      Work with the account and creative team to effectively craft creative briefs and brief creative teams
    • Work with the client to shape the engagement plan and prioritise the media touchpoints for the brand
    • Responsible for managing timeline and assets delivery to ensure the deadline are met
    • Address any issues or delays in the project, as well as clients’ feedback in consultation with account team
    • Report on a program or campaign's progress
    • Build and maintain relationship with clients
    • Monitor and interpret cultural and social trends relevant to client business
    • Handle new business pitches and manage client’s initiatives

    Qualifications

             REQUIREMENTS

    • At least 3 years of experience, able to work independently and face clients confidently
    • Experience working in a media, digital or creative agency
    • Advanced working knowledge of all priority social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and their livestreaming capabilities
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Positive attitude and a great team player
