    We are looking for a digital strategist to join our courageous bunch.

    Responsibilities

    What is the scope of the role?

    You can be part of the Ogilvy team that supports the launching of exciting campaigns for our clients from NGO’s and startups to Fortune 500 brands. You’ll be supporting the team with your specific set of skills to give meaning to metrics, and to provide recommendations to your clients.

     

    You will work with our Social Media Manager closely to support growth and engagement across all social channels as well as key digital executions on behalf of our clients. Your creativity and keenness to progress strategically will allow you to learn, develop and execute comprehensive digital and social media marketing programs.

     

    You are required to lead, implement and maintain online social campaigns, as well as provide support on the wider strategy and planning for the growth of the online communities. You may be asked to provide support on the management of clients’ social channels, develop and implement communication strategies, manage community conversations, and foster community spirit aka make the consumers happy.

     

    What you’ll do:

    Client/Project Management

    • Basic Content writing + creative briefings & ideation
    • Client services: Client facing reviews
    • Project management: Campaign + always on social platforms
    • Content strategy, including platform/trend/market/competitor research

    Insights

    • Conduct qualitative competitive analysis on clients’ and their competitors’ digital and social activity
    • Develop a broad understanding of reporting metrics to help improve and strengthen community management engagement and social content development
    • Regularly review client’s competitors to benchmark social activity and to broaden understanding of social landscapes
    • Formulate monthly/quarterly analytical reports to better overall implementation of social strategy

     

    Strategy

    • Develop digital communication strategies and execution of comprehensive social media marketing plans and programs to support client objectives, including setup and execution within social channels
    • Learn the role of social advertising / paid media and the strategies behind them
    • Support on developing social campaigns of all scales, from mini on-page competitions to support of on-ground activity

     

    You Should Have:

    A sound knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other digital marketing analytics tools
