    A Producer is the Agency’s go-to person when it comes to identifying the best partners and suppliers to make ideas for Video, Radio, Print and Innovation come to life.

    He / she should have a good understanding of ATL, BTL and digital shoot and recording requirements.

    He / she must have enough clout in the industry to forge strong working relationships with suppliers and teams within the agency.

    He / she should be able to multitask various projects and brands and still maintain high quality output.

    He / she should have a strong grasp and understanding of financials per project and must be able to work within given budgets.


    This role is critical in the success of the Agency because a Producer will help dictate the kind of work and output that the group will be known for.



    1) Production Requirements 85%

    • Agile enough to work with specific teams and brands for various production jobs
    • Takes the lead in all client presentations from the Pre-production stage to the final presentation of the material
    • Works closely with:
    • The Creative and Production teams (Video, Print, Radio and Innovation) to ensure the best output for the given idea
    • The Accounts and Finance teams to ensure that all costs are within budget

    2) Agency Initiatives 10%

    • Works to achieve the Awards KPIs of the whole Agency by providing the best support for any awards-driven idea
    • Coordinates with Regional counterparts and offices with various expertise to ensure the best kind of output

    3) Clout Development 5%

    • Provides monthly updates on new and exciting suppliers that the Agency can tap for future projects
    • Keeps all current partnerships and reels up to date for quick access of the entire group
