    Responsibilities

    SENIOR STRATEGIST - SOCIAL & INFLUENCER

    We are seeking a digitally savvy, experienced strategic mind to continue expansion of one of our key client’s fastest growing communication pillars – social and influencer, across our portfolio of brands.  

     

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Translate brand strategy into optimal communication strategy for all social/influencer campaigns and/or engagement ideas
    • Interpret engagement briefs to ensure influencer and social activations deliver consistency in brand message, tone of voice and creative representation
    • Support development of influencer strategies in a creative and resonant way to drive scale, amplify brand story, educate and inspire consumers, while improving social sentiment and recognition
    • Dissect business and consumer data to develop insightful influencer solutions that support paid, owned, earned and shared consumer engagement touch-points along the path to purchase
    • Develop influencer journey and experience maps for distribution of influencer content across paid, owned and earned outlets to desired cohorts
    • Identify relevant current events and pop-culture moments to shape influencer partnerships with a lens on what it means for the brand and if / how the brand has a right to play in the territory
    • Stay informed on platform and trend updates across YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, search engines, content publishers and emerging digital platforms
    • Actively collaborate with media, PR, social, brand activation, digital and other stakeholders - internal and external to deliver best in class campaigns

    Qualifications

    KEY QUALIFICATIONS

    • 7-8 years of experience in a communication/marketing/social media agency and/or a combination of public relations/marketing communications experience. Preferred vertical experience in Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, Retail and/or CPG
    • Experience in being part of a multi-practice team working towards a common goal/deliverable
    • Culture watcher - passion for pop-culture and its infusion into consumer brand ecosystem
    • Experienced in digital and social listening tools, campaign post evaluations to support overall influencer strategy and social campaigns
    • Natural relationship-builder and silo breaker
