  • Overview

    As the Director of Experience Design, you will report directly to the Regional Chief Experience Design Officer and form part of the Singapore experience design leadership team. Your main role will be to oversee the team, take responsibility for all their output, and ensure our clients’ experience design projects run smoothly and successfully. You will be the first point of contact for clients and within the agency for all customer experience delivery matters, will support in educating teams, and of course delivering experience design to the highest standards. As the team grows, so will also the scale and importance of this role within the agency. This is an exceptional opportunity for a well experienced, strategic yet hands-on CX professional to grow the agency’s offering to unprecedented scale and market-leading quality.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide discreet personal assistance and secretarial support to Creative Heads and team
    • Maintain Senior Executives’ diaries, agendas and assist in planning appointments and meetings
    • To provide all administrative support in the areas of office management and confidential information.
    • Receive, screen, determine priority, and return phone calls and messages.
    • Make travel arrangement, monitor and coordinate logistics needs for business trips.
    • In charge administrative procedures of the meetings, video and teleconferences.
    • Manage and handle all aspects of local and overseas confidential correspondences.
    • Prepare presentation materials for meetings as necessary.
    • Organize and handle the logistics aspects for regional creative meetings and workshops
    • Manage expense claims
    • Maintain records, reports and files up to date and organized.
    • Provide administrative support to the team and involvement in logistics arrangements for the unit
    • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Experience and personality
    Minimum 6 years’ experience in digital project delivery, preferably agency-side
    • Track record of leading and growing teams
    • Deep understanding of the digital development value chain (research, CX strategy, UX, UI, technical development, CMS, 3rd party systems, app platforms…)
    • Solid experience in agile project delivery (Certified scrum master / product owner a plus)
    • Empathy, curiosity, and the drive to learn more all the time
    • Excellent written and spoken English
    • Confidence to speak to a roomful of senior clients
    • Ability to cut through the noise and get to the core of a problem quickly
    • Divine discontent with your own, and the team’s work
    • Desire to make every next project even better than the last
    • Attention to detail and care for the craft
    • Ability to multi-task effortlessly and manage priorities
    • Friendly, sociable, patient
