    The Account Executive is to assist the Account Team in the execution of projects.

    And to effectively manage the Company’s internal resources in order to provide quality project deliverables to nominated accounts.

    Responsibilities

    • Meeting clients to discuss their advertising needs
    • Working with account planners to devise a campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget
    • Briefing the creative team who will produce the adverts and follow up to deliver material that meets client’s requirement and on time.
    • Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
    • Checking and reporting on the campaign’s progress
    • Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign
    • Making ‘pitches’ to win new business
    • Providing support for internal team and client in daily task and satisfying client’s needs
    • Managing paperwork for all project handle from create vendor, PO, contract and payment

    Qualifications

    • 1 year of account management in a digital marketing agency
    • Can-do attitude/ adaptability mindset
    • Willing to walk extra mile to achieve best quality of work.
    • Ability to manage account, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven track record executing projects
    • Good communication skill in both English and Vietnamese is a MUST.
