    Role responsibilities

    This hybrid role offers a unique position within our agency and a fantastic opportunity for growth. Splitting your time across two functions, you’ll play a key role in our day to day output. 

    As Production Manager you’ll be responsible for all activities associated with print production and art buying for the agency. In collaboration with internal staff and external suppliers, you’ll coordinate the production of creative materials for all disciplines.


    As Traffic Manager you’ll be responsible for allocating creative resources for all individual agency projects. In collaboration with internal staff, you’ll manage the pipeline of live jobs to ensure delivery of work to a high standard on time.





    • Issue purchase orders for and approve invoices from vendors
    • Prepare mechanical specifications for inclusion in briefs to studios
    • Review and evaluate color proofs with all appropriate agency team members
    • Attend press checks for printed materials, understanding print/posm material requirements
    • Research outside vendors to complete tasks in a timely and cost-efficient manner
    • Display a keen awareness of cost management for project production
    • Advise agency staff and external suppliers on how to proceed during projects




    • Open and traffic all jobs through the agency from start to finish, with support from the ACD
    • Lock key dates on all jobs, based on agreements with key stakeholders
    • Follow up with creative teams daily to ensure all jobs are on track
    • Host weekly WIP meetings, updating the pipeline thereafter
    • Facilitate and attend briefings, reviews and status meetings
    • Advise Client Services of any potential delays and problems with schedules as early as possible
    • Work with senior staff to allocate creative and production resources
    • Check all information before it’s passed to studios, print houses and all external partners


    • At least 2 years of experience working as a production manager
    • Traffic management experience highly desirable
    • Experience in activation and shopper marketing highly desirable
    • Brilliant communicator and fantastic collaborator, with an open-minded spirit
    • A positive influence with a can-do attitude and hands on approach
    • Highly organized with great attention to detail
    • Proactive and solution orientated - trouble-shooting wherever required
    • Good command of the English language, both writing and speaking
    • A fast learner and eager to learn more
