Overview

Geometry Indonesia (WPP Group) is looking for Associate Creative Director (Art Based) that will be contracted for one (1) year period.

 

As an Associate Creative Director you will be part of our passionate, multi-talented studio where you will help guide your junior team members along with the support of your senior to take briefs, brainstorm solutions, mock up your vision, prep them for presentation and then roll out your beautifully crafted solution into the world.

Responsibilities

As an Associate Creative Director, your daily responsibility will be as follows:

  • Mock up creative ideas
  • Design across multiple channels
  • Consistently produce creative elements against a deliverables list
  • Contribute to brainstorms & concepts
  • Contribute to crafting the design of an idea
  • Generate ideas and sell them into clients and other members of the team
  • Compile presentations with your team
  • Mentor junior creatives
  • Attend client briefings & presentations
  • Participate in pitches for new business

Qualifications

We're looking for candidate who have qualifications as follows:

  • 7+ years of experience in advertising agency
  • Excellent portfolio from various type of campaign (ATL, BTL, digital)
  • Great time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines
  • Adept problem solving skills
  • Great communication skills with ability to provide rationales for creative choices made
  • Good presentation skills
  • Great working knowledge of existing and emerging technologies & platforms
  • Able to work effectively with team members
  • Proficiency using these tools:
    • Illustrator
    • Photoshop
    • After Effects
    • Adobe Animate (Flash)
    • Dreamweaver
    • HTML & CSS Coding
    • KeyNote / PowerPoint
