The Senior Account Manager has a key role in maintaining the client’s stability and influences their potential growth. The SAM is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and for the output of Ogilvy’s integrated creative activities.The Senior Account Manager must use his/her experience and discipline to drive constant improvement. The job scope covers: Client service, development of customer insights based on data, development of communication strategies and campaign plans, supervision of campaign executions, project management, quality controls, and reporting.
