Overview

Are you a person with a curious mind? You love to solve problems by taking on challenges and identifying creative opportunities. If you don’t know the answer, you will dig until you find it.

If that sounds like you, Geometry might have an opportunity for you as a Planner.

Within the world of advertising, our business is about fostering ideas that create growth for people, brands and companies. To create ideas that drive growth, we understand how people behave. We identify what motivates and drives them, by uncovering human insights that create ideas that drive conversion.

What this means for you is guaranteed diversity in the type of work that you get to be involved in. One day you might be researching to understand a consumer journey; to another, where you are planning communications to influence people to buy; to another, where you are brainstorming creative ideas or strategically evaluating them to influence people at a pivotal moment in their consumer journey. What you also get is the opportunity to expand your skill set, be mentored and create meaningful work that makes a difference.

You will report to the Planning Director, and partner with creative and account teams to inspire break-through creative work and communication.
