The Digital Media & Performance Leader is a new position within Ogilvy that will offer media strategy and digital media delivery for our client. The person will be responsible to setup our digital media capability (social, SEM, display) for Ogilvy. You will be detail-oriented, entrepreneurial spirited and data-driven with a thirst for knowledge.


  • Design and setup Media services processes between planners, creatives and finance
  • Determine media strategy according to business objective, target audiences and insights
  • Determine the best media mix and budget phasing according to the media strategy
  • Book media placement according to plan and budget phasing
  • Perform daily campaigns management on paid platforms
  • Optimize advertising strategies for varying audiences, creative variations and channels
  • Regularly report advertising campaign results (including revenues and costs)
  • Report media bookings to finance for billing process to client
  • Build long-term relationships with digital media partners
  • Create POVs on new digital offering or industry trends
  • Create and provide insights on campaign reporting across metrics
  • Work closely with planners and creative teams to develop effective campaign and assets


  • Proven experience working in a Media agency as a Media Associate Director
  • At least 8 years of working experience
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to tell a story from data and present it in a clear and precise way for both internal and external audiences
  • Demonstrable experience with building effective advertising campaigns
  • Working experience with insights and analytics tools (GWI, Google analytics, Moat, …)
  • Experience with budget planning and KPIs
  • Understanding of pixel implementation, tracking is preferred but not required
  • Google Analytics certification is preferred but not required
  • Proactive, can do attitude
  • High sense of organization and responsibility
  • Interpersonal skill, able to work independently
