Overview

Seasoned Modern Marketing Client Leader capable of growing our experience business. Responsible for bringing in new clients and growing those clients in areas aligning to our transformation agenda. 

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities/Outcomes 

  • Growth of the Experience business (new clients, growing clients). 
  • Client satisfaction. 
  • Shaping the future of our Experience business. 

Core Duties 

  • Developing and selling new strategies to clients on experience business. 
  • Working with CX leads, Engagement planning, Data and Creative leaders to develop breakthrough work. 
  • Ensuring good relationships with our regional COEs (Martech, XD, consulting, etc.) to grow. Manage 1-2 subordinates. More based on growth. 

Qualifications

  • Proven capabilities in Customer Experience, Data, Technology stack & Commerce. 
  • Passion and drive for creativity. Natural collaborator (great interpersonal skills). 
  • Specific tool knowledge: Tech stack (Adobe/Salesforce), Agile methodologies, Web design and Builds (knowledge not expertise), Project management, Commerce Platforms, Data platforms 
  • 10+ years of experience. 
  • Bachelors/Master's degree. 
  • Business English & Japanese, written and spoken.
