Overview

OGILVY VIETNAM - The advertising team focuses especially on providing strategic, creative and content driven solutions for clients across a wide range of channels. These include communication planning, brand architecture, brand equity modeling, Big IdeaL development, research consultancy, design, creative development and production management.

 

We are looking for a Receptionist cum Admin to join Ogilvy.

Responsibilities

Reception tasks:

  • Responsible for welcoming guests, handling incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and polite manner, take message properly if requested to the utmost satisfaction
  • Responsible for meeting room arrangement and utilization, monitoring the facilities in office: projector, LCD, Photocopiers…
  • Receive and dispatch oversea couriers, keep record properly, co-ordinate with messenger to ensure out / in coming couriers / mails will send to the relevant participants on time.

 

Admin tasks:

  • Assist in office management including office maintenance and renovation
  • Manage IT equipment in office including purchasing, maintaining & reporting
  • Contact IT support/ Building maintenance/ Vendor in needs
  • Support in preparing office reports and auditing
  • Assist team in internal communication and company events
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • University Degree with 1 year of experience working in the same position in international companies, advertising or service company is a plus.
  • Fluent in English communication & good computer skills
  • Ability to start working after the interview is an advantage
  • Digital savvy or/and experiences in managing IT equipment is a huge advantage
  • Excellent people and co-ordination management skills
  • Independent, proactive, assertive, FUN!
  • Good social skills
