Overview

Ogilvy Vietnam is currently evaluating candidates for a Marketing Technology Specialist (Based in HCMC, Vietnam) to be an important member of our team.

This position is a unique opportunity for you to serve as a trusted consultant to our clients and partners by ensuring they achieve success.

Responsibilities

  • Help design and solution architect a fully integrated marketing stack, including marketing and customer data, to drive closed loop measurement
  • Help select, configure, and integrate marketing technology solutions, such as: planning and budgeting, project management and workflow tools, content management and data management systems
  • Lead proof of concept efforts to quickly test and validate the usefulness of software solutions to marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing Directors on all marketing measurement programs
  • Support marketing team with insights on key metrics, analysis, and interpretation of trends from marketing data
  • To align marketing and data processes to technology solutions to optimize those processes across the business
  • Advise management on the implications of the latest MarTech and AdTech technologies for the organization
  • And this would involve Interacting with cross-functionally with a wide variety of people and teams

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Managing Marketing campaigns or IT applications.
  • Good Marketing and/or IT background degree.
  • Possess experience in Database Marketing, Web Marketing, Marketing Operations or Email Marketing.
  • Familiar with Vietnam local MarTech/ CRM, local ecommerce and local social apps.
  • Experience on Zalo platform – implementation and integration with other platforms.  
  • Understanding of internet technologies (such as HTML, Flash, JavaScript, XML, Perl, web servers/technology, streaming media) is a must.
  • Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
  • Strong process development skills: ability to transform best practices and prospect requirements into highly efficient and executable business processes.
  • Ability to apply creative thinking and sound reasoning, and to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently and function as a strong team player.
  • Proactive, meticulous, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a high volume of work
  • Must be able to demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative.
  • Results oriented, outstanding attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
  • Experience in Eloqua or similar Marketing Automation technologies
  • Positive attitude and desire to grow within an emerging organization
