We are looking to hire a Senior Analyst to join our Data Team. You will take responsibility for managing data strategy for Indonesia’s biggest brands, developing reports, and identifying upcoming trends across culture, consumer and categories. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases.




Client Management

  • Along with this collaborate with internal cross functional teams such as tech team (developers), account team and Strategists to understand business needs, role of digital touch points, role of our owned platforms (typically brand site, campaign site on mobile, social and other digital platforms), data needs, and what needs to be tracked, measured and analyzed



  • Build/Leverage basic data dashboards that provide web/mobile site insights and deliver insights that can help improve UI/UX.
  • Build keyword strategies that will allow you to leverage all the tools that we have in a way that they provide relevant findings from social conversations.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on website performance to address client’s specific business questions or customer engagement questions
  • Write analysis reports to evaluate campaign performance and campaign effectiveness

Leadership & People Management

  • You will over see a junior analyst, guide them and refine their work
  • Clear communication with multiple stakeholders and present findings to different brand marketing teams
  • Always consult with Strategist or other team leaders with enquiries by providing own thoughts in terms of solutions, not just throw the questions
  • Has the ownership to facilitate the implementation of campaigns or projects



  • Bachelor degree required (computer science, math, statistics preferred); Master degree a plus
  • Prior experience (5 to 7 years) with web analytics tools is a must
  • Experience in trend monitoring and reporting making
  • Previous experience in building data dashboards is a big plus
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
