Supporting Finance Director to help manage the agency’s Audit and Compliance disciplines through the design and implementation of robust, scalable financial control processes within an evolving and demanding regulatory framework. To establish a collaborative relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective compliance with statutory and SOX requirements.

Tasks that will be the primary responsibility of the candidate include:

• Preparation of statutory accounts for all Singapore legal entities.
• Implementation and maintenance of Sarbanes-Oxley control requirements.
• Establish internal and external timelines for audit and delivery of financial statements.
• Manage statutory, corporate tax, withholding & GST requirements.
• Liaise with auditors (internal & external) on all audit matters.
• Liaise with corporate secretary on board resolutions and filing matters.
• Identifying and recommending enhancements to strengthen internal controls and operational efficiencies.

• Strong reasoning and organizational skills.
• Able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the finance team and cross-functional teams.
• Degree in Accountancy and/or ACCA/CPA/CA or equivalent.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting/accounting/audit.
• Strong knowledge in financial reporting, SOX, internal controls and IFRS.
• Possess high proficiency in ERP systems.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with MS Office applications.
